A sigh of relief while echoing Aqua's comment, except for the lazy part. I have been way too busy for a stay at home mom but should have something by July 31.
Hi SRA, I have a story (super corny, but that's what comes out of me it seems). But I have yet to make the dish and more importantly, write it all up. Thanks for the extension.
I am not a very creative writer so I won't go there.
As for the sambhar and tamarind yes a small lemon sized would be sufficient for 2 cups of dal but the extract should come up to 1 1/2cup atleast. The sourness and the amount of tamarind depends on taste so vary accordingly but 1/2 cup of extract would not be sufficient.
Thank you thank you thank you. As you can see, I can't thank you enough for extending the deadline. I've been very lazy this month!
